The 1875-S Twenty Cent Piece represents the first year of this short-lived series, produced only from 1875 to 1878. With a mintage of 1,155,000 pieces, the San Francisco issue is more readily available than its counterparts from Carson City or Philadelphia. However, finding one in high grades can still be quite challenging.

This coin, graded MS66+ by PCGS and stickered by CAC, showcases superb eye appeal. The lustrous surfaces are practically free from significant marks, highlighted by a beautiful mix of russet, gold, and blue toning. The devices are sharply struck, and the overall presentation of the coin is outstanding for the grade. A top-tier example of this historic and intriguing denomination.
