1909 VDB Lincoln Cent (1c) OGH
PCGS

CAC
The 1909 VDB Lincoln Cent represents a pivotal moment in American numismatics as the first Lincoln Cent ever produced. While the 1909 VDB is readily available in most grades due to widespread saving at the time of issue, finding a premium quality red specimen remains challenging, as most have long since toned to brown.
This MS66RD example certified by PCGS and bearing a CAC sticker is truly exceptional. The surfaces radiate with intense original mint red color and strong cartwheel luster. Both the obverse and reverse are remarkably clean for the grade, with crisp, sharp details throughout. The eye appeal is outstanding, with rich orange-red hues that remain vibrant and untouched after over a century.
